Pan con Tomate
A must for any tapas table. Fresh tomatoes, garlic, and toasted bread. Simply perfection.

- ½ pint fresh tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- ½ baguette, sliced
- extra virgin olive oil (garnish)
- parsley, chopped (garnish)
Heat the oven to 450°. Place the baguette slices on a baking tray and toast until lightly crisp.
In a food processor, pulse the tomatoes until almost smooth.
Grate the garlic into the tomatoes and stir. Season with salt & pepper.
Spread the tomato mix onto the baguette. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and parsley. Serve immediately.
